SHINYAR has made its mark in a number of important projects in the Kurdistan Region in various fields Building & Infrastructure Works, and other Industrial projects.

 

Sulaimany Building Materials plant

Manufacturer and supplier of concrete block, bricks and other materials used in construction, the plant has actively participated since 1976 and over years on the building projects in the region. The technology used and imported from Germany (Zenith, Beharton), assured a high quality of production and a recognized know-how in this sector.

Sulaimany Poultry Farms

Set on a  6 750 000 m² of land Sulaimany Poultry Farms consist of 10 production plants each comprising of 5 grow-out ranches, two fields for breeding and six fields for the production of eggs. Today, the project still considered as one of the leading projects all over the country in this sector.

Shari-Yari Amusement and Recreation Park

In 2001 and for the first time in Sulaimanyah city, the company has realized an Amusement and recreation Park on the 62 500 m² of area, dedicated to this project. Many restaurants, riders, shops, Picnic Park provide variety of services to client’s every day.

Sara Telecommunication Centers.

Sara Telecommunication Center was established in 2001 to provide solutions to international telecommunication in Iraq including telephone, fax and internet. The huge need of this kind of service at that particular time assured both commercial successes and popularity. Sara Telecommunication Centers were later extended to many other cities all over Iraq. The introduction of mobile phones network into Iraq since 2004 has affected however the prosperity of the project. Currently, projects are studied to assure the transformation of this activity.

Mihrako Leisure Complex

Continuing its interest on building activity and leisure’s, Shinyar has achieved in 2005, in a best and unrivaled location of Sulaimanyah city Mihrako Leisure Complex: including a three star hotel well furnished with a modern style, first class restaurant, indoor swimming pool and a market providing clients with high quality of goods directly imported from abroad.

Shinyar Residential City

Taking the advantage from Iraq new investment regulations, and given the considerable need of residential buildings in Suleimanyah, the company has realized this important project consisting of 9 buildings of 7 floors each on a area of 62 500 m². To date a total of 216 flats of 144m2 each has been offered to clients.

Pro bono activity: Residential City of Sulaimanyah University

Acting on pro bono bases for the benefit of Sulaimanyah University and to encourage the university staff efforts, the company has generously realized and offered in 2001 a building of 16 flats in one of the most important location of Suleimanyah city to be exclusively used for the residential needs of university staff.
